1. Validity of the general terms and conditions
1.1. Conditions
1.1.1. The ESIMWorldCup website is managed and operated by XPACE in collaboration with Keepgo, and connectivity services are provided by the same entity.
1.1.2. These terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, apply to all services provided by ESIMWorldCup in relation to the supply of prepaid eSIM profiles to Customers. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any platform (collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions set out below and the privacy statement.
1.1.3. Special offers from various business partners may include additional or modified terms and conditions. In such circumstances, those special terms and conditions will prevail.
1.2. Registration and accounts
1.2.1. The Customer may be required to create an account to use ESIMWorldCup's services. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information during registration.
1.2.2. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
1.3. Privacy
1.3.1. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of the Customer's personal information. By using our services, the Customer accepts our Privacy Policy.
1.4. Termination and suspension
1.4.1. ESIMWorldCup reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services without prior notice at any time due to a network failure or maintenance interruption.
1.4.2. When using ESIMWorldCup's services, the Customer shall not perform any abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent action, or any action that may harm or damage the Network. If the Customer breaches this obligation, Sky eSim may suspend use of the Service.
1.4.3. All packages offered by ESIMWorldCup are intended exclusively for human customers. These packages must not be used in automated systems. In the event that their use is requested in automated systems or by non-human entities, the Customer must contact Customer Support and request special packages. Any breach of this restriction of use may result in termination of the contract.
1.5. Refund and cancellation policies and guidelines
1.5.1. Refunds are available to customers at any time. Most issues can be resolved by email.
1.5.2. Once a refund is processed, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the Customer's payment card statement (if paid by credit card). With PayPal, the refund takes a few minutes. Refunds are issued to the same payment method (i.e., credit card or PayPal) used to make the purchase.
1.5.3. All refunds (except cryptocurrency payments) are subject to a 10% fee due to credit card and other payment system charges, as well as the processing resources required to provide a product, cancel it, and issue a refund.
1.5.4. Sky eSim may provide data for an amount equal to that which the Customer paid for any accidental purchase.
1.5.5. Top-ups are non-refundable.
1.5.6. Sky eSim reserves the right to cancel services at any time. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
1.5.7. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
1.5.8. Networks supported for cryptocurrency payments: Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum One.
1.5.9. Supported cryptocurrencies: USDT (TRC20), BTC, DAI, AXS (ERC20), DASH, DOGE, ETH, LTC, TUSD (ERC20), USDC (ERC20), USDT (ERC20), XRP, TRX, AXS (TRC20), HT (TRC20), ETH (TRC20), ETH (BEP20), DAI (BEP20), USDT (BEP20), DESU (BEP20), ADA (BEP20), USDC (BEP20), BTCB (BEP20), and CSC. Please note that there is a minimum payment limit for each cryptocurrency.
2. Affiliate program
2.1. By joining the ESIMWorldCup Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner will refer its users to ESIMWorldCup products through their unique affiliate link.
2.2. The unique affiliate link must be used to track sales and assign the corresponding commissions.
2.3. The Affiliate Partner will receive a commission on the net revenue generated by purchases made through their affiliate link. Partners must accumulate a minimum of USD 25 in commissions before payment is made. If the commission balance is less than USD 25, the amount will be transferred to the following month.
2.4. Commissions are paid during the first week of each month by bank transfer, crypto wallet, credit card link, or PayPal.
2.5. Users who purchase or top up eSIM products will receive a discount at checkout.
2.6. Sky eSim reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Such modifications will be communicated in writing to the Affiliate Partner at least five days before their implementation.
2.7. Sky eSim reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Partner's participation in the Affiliate Program under the following conditions:
- If the Affiliate Partner breaches any term of this Agreement.
- If the Affiliate Partner engages in any activity that is harmful to the brand or business of ESIMWorldCup.
2.8. To begin participating in the ESIMWorldCup Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner must accept the invitation through the Affiliate Portal.
2.9. The Affiliate Partner will receive an email notification from ESIMWorldCup after the first product purchase made through their affiliate link.
2.10. The Affiliate Partner may track their commissions at any time through the daily online reports provided by ESIMWorldCup.
2.11. ESIMWorldCup provides API access for use by the Affiliate Partner.
2.12. The Affiliate Partner agrees to use the tools and resources provided in accordance with Sky eSim's guidelines and policies. Improper or unauthorized use of the Affiliate Toolbar, reports, or API may result in termination of the affiliate agreement.
2.13. ESIMWorldCup will provide the necessary technical support and assistance to help the Affiliate Partner effectively use the Affiliate Toolbar, access reports, and integrate the API.
3. Referral program
3.1. By participating in the ESIMWorldCup Referral Program, the Partner (hereinafter the "Advocate") can earn free data for each person who purchases their first ESIMWorldCup product through their unique referral link.
3.2. The Advocate must create and share their unique referral link by email, social media, forums, or other channels. The referred friend must use the referral link to purchase an eSIM.
3.3. Advocate rewards:
- Free Data Coupon: the Advocate will receive a 1 GB free data coupon, valid for life*, applicable to their eSIM line.
- Conditions: the 1 GB data reward is provided when a referred friend uses the referral link to purchase an eSIM**.
- Coupon validity: the data coupon is valid for life, provided the eSIM is topped up at least once per year.
3.4. Rewards for referred friends:
- Data Coupon: the referred friend will receive a 1 GB free data coupon for their eSIM.
- Coupon restrictions: the referral coupon cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts. Only one coupon (referral or activation) can be applied to a purchase.
3.5. Conditions for the referral reward:
- Minimum purchase: the referred friend must purchase a new line with at least 1 GB of data using the referral link.
- Reward issuance: the reward will be generated within 6 hours after the purchase and sent by email within 7 days. The Advocate should check their inbox for the keyword "ESIMWorldCup Club" if they do not receive the notification email.
3.6. For any problems or additional assistance, the Advocate and the referred friend may contact ESIMWorldCup support.
3.7. The Advocate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the ESIMWorldCup Referral Program. Improper use or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of the rewards.
3.8. ESIMWorldCup reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time. Such modifications will be communicated in writing to the Advocate at least 5 days before their implementation.
4. Disclaimer
4.1. The materials on ESIMWorldCup's website are provided "as is". ESIMWorldCup makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, ESIMWorldCup does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4.2. ESIMWorldCup may change the network operators of each country without prior notice.
5. Limitations
5.1. In no event shall ESIMWorldCup or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ESIMWorldCup's website, even if ESIMWorldCup has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. Revisions and errata

ESIMWorldCup Club does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. ESIMWorldCup may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. ESIMWorldCup does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

7.1. ESIMWorldCup has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ESIMWorldCup of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. In the event that the Parties fail to resolve disputes amicably through negotiations, such disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration in the State of Delaware, USA, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
9. Modifications to the site terms of use
9.1. ESIMWorldCup may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
